Environmental Initiatives
Our ideas come from a deep-rooted respect for the outdoors and for ourselves. Our goal is to create multi-functional products using methods that cause the least possible harm to the environment. We aim to evaluate sustainable materials, design our products for high wearability, and use a portion of our profits to support the creation of sustainable businesses, the work of artisans, and solutions to global, social and humanitarian crises.
It is our intention to incorporate responsible and mindful choices concerning the environment throughout our business practices. We recognize that sustainable production embodies recognizing two fundamentals -- that "we borrow from the Earth" and that natural resources are vital to economic activity, personal satisfaction and health and need to be preserved for use by future generations. However challenging and dynamic balancing environmental and business concerns can be, it is our intention to not only design but to manufacture products by using a heightened awareness about the choices we make.  | Ailin chooses to manufacture its products in Canada.
